The raw materials of size 600 mm stones are conveyed into the primary station. They got crushed and reduced to the size of 0-150 mm. Then the conveyor belt transfers the elementary products into secondary station for the next crushing.
The Secondary station reduces them into two different sizes as 0-40 mm and 0-20 mm. The resized products enter to the vibrating screen, where they are segregated into dust, 6 mm, 12 mm, 20 mm and 40 mm sized stones. The shape and quality of the output products are excellent.
Since there are separate conveyors and vibrators provided for 20 mm and 40 mm crushers, the output products are exact cubes without any dust on them. Also the 40 mm flaky materials are resent to 20 mm Secondary station for further crush and resized to fine cubes.
The output products are automatically transported and stored in a specially designed tank which is assembled at a convenient place for easy unloading into the transport trucks. This will reduce the time of loading and unloading cost.
The entire plant has the advantage of easy transportation, low transportation cost, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance.
